Come to the Museum Dolomythos and make a trip through the history of the Dolomites, from primeval times until today, learning a lot about its mountains and inhabitants as well as the crystal treasure of the Dolomites.
This very special museum created by Michael Wachtler will get you to meet the most interesting inhabitants of the Dolomites, like for example the Conturines bear, saurians and more. In the open area of the museum a lot of natural highlights, surprises and adventures are waiting for young and old visitors. And in the Dolomythos cinema you will see interesting films about the formation of the Dolomites, the history of the Ladins and various first ascents of the highest peaks of the Dolomites.
At the end of a very interesting and exciting day in the museum you can buy a piece of history of the Dolomites in the museum shop or have a rest in the cosy 200 years old "Stube”!
