Lake Issengo is much more than just water. In fact, it is one of the last lake biotopes in South Tyrol, offering a very species-rich flora and fauna, very interesting both for visitors and biologists. Lake Issengo is a natural gem and an oasis of relaxation and peace. Moreover, it offers refreshment on hot summer days and is a pure paradise for children: with a water slide, a water fountain in the middle of the lake and a small playing ground at its shores there won't be any boredom!
Not only tourists from all over the world, but also locals love to spend some time at Lake Issengo, also because of the near high ropes course "Kronaction“, which makes of every family day a very special adventure. The restaurant at Lake Issengo is open all year round. The bathing season starts in the middle of June and ends at the end of September. Sunshades and sunbeds can be rented.
