If you love vertical sports, Sesto, Dobbiaco and Brunico provide unique possibilities for refining your technique and bouldering
Not only outdoors, but also inside, that is to say also in winter, you can experience climbing in Val Pusteria. The Climbing centre Sesto (called Dolomitenarena in the past) is a 18.5 m high climbing gym with boulder area, lead and top rope climbing with routes both for beginners and professional climbers. Also taster courses are offered. To make the modern facility complete, there are also a relax zone, a Café-Bistro and you can rent climbing equipment.

The Brunico Climbing Centre Heliks offers about 2,100 square metres of climbing surface. With a max. hall height of 17 metres the climbing centre offers 220 routes graded from 2 to 8b+. Climbing courses as well as the possibility for children's birthday parties are also available. The climbing gym is cooled in summer. A cosy bar in the entrance area provides refreshments and snacks.

The Climbing gym Nordic Arena in Dobbiaco is about 23 m high and offers 80 routes of up to 28 m, between 4B and 8B, as well as a bouldering area. There are also courses for adults and kids.
