In 2025 there are 20 restaurants throughout South Tyrol that have been awarded Michelin stars. Three of them can be found in the Val Pusteria valley
The current Guide Michelin 2025 has also crowned two gourmet restaurants in the Val Pusteria valley.
The restaurant "Atelier Moessmer" in Brunico with top chef Norbert Niederkofler has been awarded three Michelin stars.Niederkofler had received this award several times, also for his former restaurant "Sankt Hubertus" in San Cassiano.
