With 119 km of ski slopes, the Plan de Corones is the largest skiing area of South Tyrol, offering state-of-the-art lift facilities

It is a good choice to pass one's holidays not far from Plan de Corones in the Val Pusteria, as this a real paradise for all those who love winter sports. By the way, it is also the largest skiing region in this region. Plan de Corones includes the localities of Brunico, S. Vigilio di Marebbe, Valdaora, S. Lorenzo di Sebato, Chienes, Falzes, Perca, Rasun in Valle Anterselva, Terento, Monguelfo, Tesido, Anterselva, Valle di Casies, Gais-Villa Ottone as well as San Martino in Badia.

The peak of Plan de Corones is situated at an altitude of 2,275 m a.s.l. and it is accessible by a modern ski lift. Altogether there are 32 ski lifts and 119 km of ski slopes. The hourly carrying capacity of the facilities are about 62,000 persons. The Plan de Corones is accessible from four different localities. You also have the comfortable possibility to travel to Perca by train, directly at the station the gondolas start, taking you to the top of the Plan de Corones.

There are not only slopes for advanced skiers, but also for beginners. Skiing, snowboarding, carving or telemark... everything is possible! An attraction for snowboarders is the snow park with half pipe, where they can try different moves. Moreover this ski region features different modern and efficient snow-making equipment, so that you can also ski on the southern slopes until spring.
