Utmost fun is expecting you in in the skiing region Sillian in the Alta Val Pusteria, situated in East Tyrol, only a few kilometres from South Tyrol. The ski runs at Thurntaler mountain are accessible both from Ausservillgraten and from Sillian. This skiing area features state-of-the-art snow-making equipment.
The mountain station is located at 2,407 m asl and is accessible via 7 modern ski lifts, 2 gondola lifts as well as 2 T-bar lifts. At the top of the mountain you can enjoy a panoramic view even on the Val Pusteria in South Tyrol.
More than 22 km ski runs lead you from one ski hut to the other, from one ski lift to the other and also back. For children, there is the ski school "Wintersportschule Hochpustertal" with the children's club "Bobo", which guarantees fun and action for kids as well as relaxed skiing for parents.
In this skiing region freestyler can put their ability to the test, as the "Kick" and "Yellow-snow" ski and fun parks offer you a halfpipe and much more. However, there are slopes with various difficulty degrees, for beginners as well as experts. Moreover there is a ski lift at the valley station which ensures perfect conditions for beginners, whether young or older... as you might notice, the conditions for learning how to ski are perfect!

daily ski pass prices vary depending on the season:
€ 61.00 - 67.00 adults
€ 30.50 - 33.50 children and young people (6-18 years)
free for children under 6 years (only if accompanied by their parents)

4-hour ski passes (noon time to 4 pm)
3-hour ski passes (1 pm to 4 pm)

More information
The times indicated correspond to those of the Thurntaler Cable Car: It operates with the other lift facilities every day from early December to the end of March, furthermore on the weekend of November 30. Dates and opening times may vary depending on snow and weather conditions!
Winter season start 2024/25 on December 7 (continuous operation).
