The village of Chivo, with its 100 inhabitants, is characterised by farmhouses. Located at the slope which rises up to the farms of the Monte Frella and surrounded by meadows, Chivo offers a gorgeous view on the main Alpine ridge and the Sarentino Alps on the other side of the Valle Isarco valley. Chivo has no church, but near the “Hospe” farm, straight in the village centre, a little chapel from the 18th century can be found, it is a private property of the farm.
