Falzes is a municipality located along the Strada del Sole, stretching above the Val Pusteria. Located at the foot of a low mountain range between 880 and 2,450 m a.s.l., the municipality of Falzes comprises the localities of Issengo, Grimaldo, Molini and Plata. Sheltered from north winds and boasting a mild climate, the municipality of Falzes has got some 1,450 inhabitants.
In summer the pond of Issengo is the main attraction of the municipality, equally popular is the nearby high rope course Kronaction.
