Longega has got some 60 inhabitants and is located "between the waters", in the true sense of the word, as it is located at the confluence of the S. Vigilio and Gadera rivers. It is the first village you come across when you drive to the Val Badia valley on the well-developed road of the valley.
The village is located at 1,000 m a.s.l. and does not offer large touristic structures, but some familial accommodations. This is where the Valle di Marebbe takes its course, dominated by the Dolomites of Marebbe. What you can also admire is the natural phenomenon of the Enrosadira, which paints the sky above the mountain tops at sunset, an unforgettable experience.
