Cancellation policy
Trip cancellation and insurance policy
Occasionally, something can happen before starting a trip. To prevent financial damages, we recommend you to conclude the travel cancellation insurance Hotel Storno Plus in cooperation with the Europäische Reiseversicherung AG. As a special service, we offer you to simply and safely pay the insurance premium online together with the deposit. The insurance must be concluded together with the booking. In case of subsequent conclusion, the insurance coverage is valid only from the 10th day after the payment of the insurance premium. The insurance also includes a comprehensive cancellation and interruption policy in the event of illness in connection with Covid-19.
The following cancellation fees apply:
In case of cancellation between 30 and 20 days before arrival, we charge a cancellation fee of 30% of the total booking price.
In case of cancellation between 20 and 10 days before arrival, we charge a cancellation fee of 60% of the total booking price.
In case of cancellation between 10 and 3 days before arrival, we charge a cancellation fee of 80% of the total booking price.
In case of cancellation within the last 3 days before arrival, we charge a cancellation fee of 100% of the total booking price.
In case of no-show, late arrival or early departure, 100% of the total booking price will be charged.
