Prati di Tesido, this is how a little village in the municipality of Tesido Monguelfo is called. It is located only a stone's throw from the village at 1,248 m a.s.l. and has got 70 inhabitants only. It snuggles into the northern slope of the valley entrance of the Val Casies.
Only a stone's throw from Prati, there is a pyramid Kneipp trail, which makes you relax and reinvigorates your health. From Prati you can also walk the Talweg trail, taking to the head of the valley along the river. Ideal for a walk, but also for a cycling tour. Prati is also accessible from the Maura alpine pasture and the Malga di Tesido.
In winter, the surroundings are perfect for those who love cross-country skiing, as the trails stretch right at the doorstep. And while those who love tobogganing enjoy their rides at the Mudler alpine pasture, ski enthusiasts can exert their favourite hobby on the slopes of the Plan de Corones, which is within easy reach.
