Riomolino is located at 1,400 m a.s.l., high above Villa Ottone, and has got about 50 inhabitants. What is so stunning about this place is its location. It seems that the church has to hold fast onto the slopes in order to avoid falling down into the valley. The church of Riomolino is by the way dedicated to the Fourteen Auxiliary Saints.
Once found the way to this place, we recommend you to also make a walk in this charming landscape, e.g. to the Bagni di Riomolino, which is the highest located thermal bath of the Val Pusteria, located in the heart of the Vedrette di Ries-Aurina, at 1,700 m a.s.l. Starting from this place, you can also scale higher mountains such as the Cima del Vento. Also by mountain bike you can reach the Bagni di Riomolino. By the way, the very popular tour of Montassilone takes past this village.
